In my opinion, I don't think that we should take out "In God We Trust", I think that people only do it so they can annoy people or something, taking out the phraase is taking out part of our history.

Putting in the phrase also changed a part of our history. Thomas Jefferson never wanted god to be a part of the government. They changed it when we had the big bad enemy commies. It was added, so it can be subtracted.

"In God We Trust" is the current national motto of the United States. It was declared as such by an act of Congress in 1956, displacing the existing national motto, E Pluribus Unum.
