I was at a NBA Play Day and didn't get to see it. My hubby fell alseep and didn't tap all of it.

oy - here's what really went on lol
Jack used Gredenko to get to Fayed, and tracked him with a device in his arm. Gredenko had Fayed cut off his arm with a hacksaw (eww) and the two of them tried to escape. They ran into a bar and Gredenko realized they were trapped, so he set Fayed up by telling all the bar patrons he was a terrorist. The bar dudes kicked the crap outta him until Jack shows up and tells them all to cut it out, but not before Jack kicks him in the face lol.
Daniels tried to have a vote to impeach Palmer, but the vote was a tie, so technically Palmer should have kept power until Daniels then decided to call Karen's vote invalid cause she had 'resigned'. So that went to the Supreme court and Daniels dim-wit secretary was going to purjure herself in order for them to win, but Tom Lennox had bugged the office they were in, so he knew zactly what was going on and he forced Daniels to call it off.
Wayne's getting adrenalin shots to keep up and at the end of the show presumably called for the nuclear strike but I think that's just crack and he's got another plan.

palmer takes over his position, gerchanko cuts off his arm to get rid of a tracking devise, terrorists are beaten at what looked like rusty's or a neighboring restaurant on the santa monica pier and then captured by jack and the middle east is being nuked by palmer who is becoming addicted to adrenellin shots being given by his doctor,,,
