Well it is more comfy without it but at the same time you will start to sag more quickly without it so I guess choose the best benefit: more comfort or less sag? (Even though the sag is practically ineveitable without surgical intervention).
Besides it isn't really socially acceptable or visually appealing to go without it unless you are a really small size. I saw a girl who was pretty substantial just walking around without a bra and she was flipping around everywhere (probably more than normal; she probably never wears a bra) and it looked horrible.

That depends on what I'm doing and where I am. If I'm moving around a lot or am among other people I prefer to wear a bra to keep my boobs in place, both because I don't like to feel them moving around a lot and I don't like people staring at me. If I'm alone and just sitting or lying at home then I prefer to not wear one. It's not comfortable to wear one all the time.

I feel more comfortable with a bra on. I couldn't imagine working out without a good sports bra on

I perfer wearing a bra. I'm a nice size and they still bounce a little when i wear one. Imagine if i didn't wear one. All and all i wear a bra in public and sleep with out one.

preferably not a bra but do need to wear something with some support so their not bouncing around giving certain people a reason to obsess about them all day long

Yes.. try growing some boobs and see how hard it is to run anywhere.. plus if you don't wear a bra you're breasts stretch and sag. The tendons in that area aren't elastic, so once they stretch, that's it, which is why they sag when we get old.. just through wear and tear.

to just relax after a long hard day i would prefer not to wear a bra in the presence of my husband only he likes it

I don't have large breast, so I often do not wear one. I do wear one once in a while, because I don't want them to sag too much, but I love it when I take it off at night. It also depends on what I'm wearing, but I usually don't need to wear one.

Yes. If I don't, "the girls" just can't sit still. I have no choice but to wear a bra.

I have 2 bras and i don't use them at all. I hate it. because i feel i can not breath any more. I never wear one.
Oh and i am not a woman i am a girl. lol
