Oh God. Are you doing that right now? I feel for you, seriously. Every single time I've tried to quit cold turkey I've gone back within 2 weeks. I'm trying again on Friday with the patch this time, so we'll see how that goes. Good luck!

No, it sucks rotten eggs big time. Things worth while are seldom easy. 3 months now, right? keep it up, it gets better as time goes by.

NEVER quit smoking cold turkey!!! I'm not saying you should quit smoking, but I wouldn't reccomend doing it cold turkey. (Been there down that). I know I should quit,but I'm not ready!! If I were to quit (and when I decided to quit) I will first cut down...then limit myself on cigarettes..then totally phase them out.

Yes it does. I quit cold turkey. It's been 4 months now. It will get easier though,you'll see.
