Why is her carpetbagging never an issue brought up by the press?

When looking for a house, she realized the Arkansas wised up and wouldn't vote for her so she had to find a state that had so many democrats that she couldn't lose.

For the very reason you stated!! The Clinton world think they can hide all the scandle from her Arkansas days by covering it up with New York. The press will never mention it or they'll have to face her wrath. The family of Vince Foster won't forget tho! I'm sure tho they've been paid off too.

For the same reason George Bush has a Texas accent and is from Connecticut. It's all about what crowds they want to appease. Clinton wants a large fairly educated audience with a large amount of diversity. Arkansas doesn't really have much in the way of large crowds (like NYC for example) and is not nearly as diverse (like NYC for example) and when it comes down to it Arkansas doesn't have a very large output to the nationwide audience (like NYC for example). Now George Bush probably chose Texas because of the typical American steriotype associated with the area (which doesn't make much sense considering Texas was once its own country in a way) and has a very large audience. Politics take place in geographic distribution as well as political events and issues.

She was practically guranteed election in the extremely liberal state of New York. They know and do not like her in Arkansas. Everything was well planned and thought out by the powerful Democrat machine in NY.

You know why, we all know why. Arkansas is a hillbilly state in the eyes of the country.
Perhaps the better question would be:
Is it true that you can take the hillbilly out of the sticks but you can't take the sticks out the hillbilly?
Of course being crafty in Arkansas, Whitehall, conjures images of Hillary as Boss Hog in the Dukes of Hazard, come to think of it Hillary looks like Boss Hog?

The "press" is sensitive to the "Democratic Party" and Hillery has the financial resources to "buy" off just about anyone she want to... (but yes, she is a carpetbagger) ...and NY is a very wealthy Democratic State...
