You can take a test if you still think you might be pregnant, however if you had bright red blood for any length of time you are most likely not pregnant. Implantation bleeding which is sometimes mistaken for a period is usually merely a pinkish discharge. Good luck.

Have you taken a pregnancy test? Periods can change from month to month with no evidence of pregnancy. Age can be a factor. If you're very young, for example, you may not have settled into a regular pattern with your periods. If you're older, your periods can change as you age. The best way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test. Good luck!

if it didnt last as long, it could have been implantation bleeding. It tends to occur when your period would. Do you have any pregnancy symptoms. Nausea, fatigue, sore breasts etc? You should take a test to find out. Good Luck :)
