Depends on the emulator. Download and unpack a SNES emulator. Download and unpack a rom for the SNES. Start the emulator and then load the file.

That's all there is to it. Use google to get the emulator and roms you want. Just note that is illegal to keep a rom for more than 24 hours if you don't own the game itself. (Just a little warning.)

u need the emulator and special game files to load them and play for example: i have a GBA emulator,i downloaded the game file, i open the emulator,go to file> open> *select game*> OK and play the game

For sure. Try ZSNES. you can get the emulator and loads of games or free from www.btjunkie.org and it runs from windows fine
