A regular purse. I need room and a clutch (even though there are really cute ones) is too small. A fanny pack...wtf no way!

I'd rather have a regular ol' purse as long as it's small and compact.
Fanny packs are just obscene and I'd lose a clutch, I need something that I can like carry over my shoulder so I don't forget it somewhere.

Purse, fanny packs are old and obsolete, clutch only if I am going out to a dinner/outing that requires it....I regularly carry a purse. It is convenient and trendy

I have lots of different handbags (I'm a handbag whore) that I use at different times. Right now I'm using a satchel that can only be carried on my forearm - but it is the most convenient thing I have ever owned.
I would rather have a shoulder bag that carries everything I own than a tiny thing that only carries my credit card and keys.
