I wanted to plant a bunch of tulips in my front yard and there are gaps so, I wanted to know if tulips will multiply in time to fill in the gaps.

Last i checked, tulips were not good at any kind of math.

Most tulips only last a few seasons before dying out so I don't think you will see much in the way of multiplication. Now Jonquils/Daffodils multiply and last forever.

They multiply like rabbits.........I planted a bed with 300.............I let it grow for two years and it was so crowded I dug them up took them to work and said here! It was more work than I wanted to do. They are beautiful though. All of my neighbors
had to come and admire them.
