I have rent my flash memory to my friend, when I got it again , I couldn't neither insert nor delete data nor format the falsh --> it is write-protected, how can i remove this write protection???

Some flash memory sticks come with write protection tab (like in floppy drive). Just check that one.
If that is not present, your memory must be infected by virus, and u are not able to delete data because of virus. Just insert your flash memory in a computer where ANTI-VIRUS is present and is updated. This can be used to clean the virus in ur flash memory and than your flash memory can be under your control.

Typically there is a small switch or slider on the flash drive itself. It may have accidentally been switched on.
