I have heard that PS3 is going to be gone by 2008. Is that true?

I think its true. Every time i go to walmart or gamestop they have like 5 PS3's and no wii's or 360. The wii is selling more than the 360 also. Yeah sure its cheaper but that is because its fun. Even if sony gets out of the running for video games they are still in it with some of the best TVs and DVD players around!

In Nintendo's and MS's dreams. The PS3 is not going anywhere anytime soon. The PS3 is going to be around until at least 2010. The PS3 is doing much better than what the PS2 was doing in the same time period.

No, the PS3 isn't going anywhere. As soon as some hot Playstation 3 games drop, people will stop complaining about its price and buy it like I did. Some very big Sony games are supposed to drop in the summer and later on this year so, I think that people will start buying them like they should around that time.
