saying hi or whatever they feel. Didn't their parents teach them that's it's rude to stare.

There's nothing wrong with just looking....but staring makes me uncomfortable.

I understand what your saying....but I also know from psy studies (and personal experiences) sometimes its not about you........sometime they may be caught in a moment of thought and just happen to be looking at you (I done that a few times myself)....and other times someone could be looking at you and you remind them of something or someone in their past.....like a best friend from Jr high....or a girl they thought was cute in high school.......there are a myriad of reasons people get caught staring.......and on the real----its not always about us.

People in general? Or a certain age group, because my kids stare, not to be rude but to analyze who the person is their facial features, etc...I don't stare, i just look, maybe I like the shirt the person is wearing or I like the hair style they have.

I don't think they realize that they're staring. This happens to me a lot, and my boyfriend is always saying "It's because you're so beautiful!" If that's the case, I don't blame them and they can stare as much as they like!
And I must add that you are quite beautiful!

The mind is not hardwired to multitask on a conscious level. When people are visually stimulated their min needs time to properly process what they're seeing. Then, their limiting beliefs and insecurities kick in and if they aren't in the habit of being in the moment, fears begin to surface. Strong emotional reactions cause the intellect to "freeze". Since speech is process in the intellectual center, it might literally be safe to say that their emotional attachment to your projection of beauty renders those attracted to you speechless.

If it's a guy staring at you, then he is definitely attracted to you and is just struck by your beauty. If it's a girl, then she is either attracted to you or just wants to copy your style. Take it as a compliment dear heart. Don't get arrogant about it.
