What is that "SONA" place? Is it just like a prison? Why did Kim and that guy that doesn't talk mention it in the limo?
Also the guy that doesn't talk can actually talk, why doesn't he? What is that place that he was in, it looked like a research facility or something. What's going to happen now!

I think there is a reason they want him to break out of this prison they are in (Federal prison of some sort).
Perhaps they are testing him for another project they want him to do, and this is the way to do it.

I dont know why he doesn't talk, but I think he's Oscar Shales!!
I think they are experimenting on Micheal for some reason. they want him to break out.
