my parents recently filed an order and now i have to go to court...but they physically abuse me. What can i tell the court to get into foster care or out of my home! i'm not safe!

Girl, i just got taken out of my house by the police because my dad tried to choke me this sunday that just passed... go somewhere where you can phone them (the police) and tell them you are being abused, I am18, so i am homeless.. but if you are under 18 you have other options other than foster care. there are group homes. Please. tell someone, a guidance councellor or when you go to court, tell the judge that you are being abused. Please do this! because the longer you stay there and get abused the more f*cked up you'll be when you grow up...

Just tell the truth.
Becareful what you wish for, foster care isn't a safe or fun place to be either. You might be going from the frying pan directly into the fire.

be honest,and tell the truth i am dealing with the smae problem as u and i am so sorry and i no how u feel:( hugs towardz u and wat i did was i called this national child abuse thing (i looked up child abuse on google)and they are taking my mom to the nearist therapist to get her help!take care
