Mamaw had lots of 'em, but I guess my favorites would be "Well, flitter!" when she was really mad. The other one would have to be when she would tell my oldest daughter when she would whistle, "No good end came to whistling women and cackeling hens." I think she told her that because Mamaw couldn't whistle or snap her fingers. She was one of those women who spoke her mind no matter what is was or to whom. I miss her so much!!!!
