C = 2*pi*r, where r is radius as given and pi is 3.14159. You have r, so you can calculate C with simple arithmetic. When you have the result, you need to round it. Since you're rounding to the nearest 0.1, you need to look at the digit in the hundredths place. If it is 5 or greater, round up. If it is 4 or lower, round down.

I assume C means circumference of a circle

Circumference of a circle formula

C = 2 π r

C = 2(3.141592654)(4)

C = 6.283185307(4)

C = 25.13274123 cm

C = 25.1 rounded to one decimal place
