I rate sense of humour as the most important characteristic in a person, then looks, similar interests, money and then power. Basically, in the order you wrote them. The only thing is, I don't think power is a good characteristic to have- Unless you mean strength of mind sort of power, in which case it's probably a good characteristic to have. Anyway, that's about it, I reckon.

1) any other - most important to be honest, trustworthy and faithful
2) Sense of Humour
3) Looks
4) Similar Interests - sometimes it's nice to like different things and have different interests. It is not good to live in each others pockets.
5) Money - nice to have but not very important really
6) Power - could be a little off putting, wouldn't want someone with to much power they may be controlling?
