a person can have a 3rd eye, which is a mole or beauty spot, usually on the forehead between a person`s eyes...it`s supposed to signify great wisdom...

I have herd that mothers can have eyes in the back of there heads. I have never seen or do i know anyone with three eyes so i dont think there is a person who has three eyes

From my rudimentary knowledge of embryology, I would say that it is impossible to develop three eyes. Perhaps conjoined twins sharing one eye is possible.
Unfortunately there are deformed fetuses with only one eye. Most of these unfortunate infants die shortly after birth due to other defects incompatable with life.

I do not have three eyes but people with glasses are sometimes considered 4-eyed.

Haven't you ever heard a person say that they have eyes in the back of their head? Next time they say that, ask them to show you. I just had to say that. LOL
