If you're doing the legal speed limit (35 MPH), you're not breaking any law. If the cops in your area are giving tickets to people obeying the traffic laws, what are they doing to people who are breaking the laws? They need more donuts added to their fiscal budgets!!!

Normally a police officer lets it go. It considered normal traffic. If, people got too carried away they may have to do something to make people slow down, but, this be more than tickets, maybe install speed bumps or something. Now some Yahoo of a Cop may single out people to write tickets too, but, it really not ethical to me. But, a person should be able to go 35 as that the speed limit, though the person may see a few fingers of affection from other drivers wanting to get home. Once I was on the freeway with a load of lumber in my truck and was driving the minimal speed and a cop say over his loud speaker to please speed up. So, I did as it was no problem. Guess I could have stayed the same speed, but, I figure it best to go with the flow and think about others. Guess he wanted to get home too. ;-p

Cause they say it is ethical. I mean don't you hate it when you get on the freeway and people are going 40mph and should be going at 60. In a 35 zone or whatever cops tends to FOLLOW THE FLOW OF THE TRAFFIC THING. UNLESS SOMEONE IS SPEEDING.

yes, you can be pulled over and fined. it's called impeding the flow of traffic. drive on the highway at legal speed and see how many state police cars pass you like your standing still. you can travel at 65 mph and they do around 80, yet you get ticketed for doing 70 in a 65. or even 60 in a 65. go figure.

In england & Wales that is considered to be causing an obstruction. It is a Road Traffic offence just the same as speeding... A competent driver is required to abide by the road conditions and drive in accordance with road conditions.

No, not the way that you described it. If the speed limit is 45 and you are doing 25, then you are endangering other motorists and interupting the flow of traffic.
