i want to send a letter to trinidad but i dont now how many stamps to put on it so that it could get there fast enough or should i just send it express if possible.

The best way to find out would be to go to: www.usps.com
Follow the prompts: Calculate Postage; International Rates. Be sure to put in the weight, and select the proper country. It should give you a chart outlining how much each option will cost you and the number of days it will take to get there.

Go to www.usps.com and type in the address where you are sending it from and where you are sending it to. If you have any questions call the post office and they will be able to help you.

i mail letters to wales and i put 3-39's on it, they can tell you if you call the post office

The way to send this mail is to take to local postoffice. They will have all what you need.
