I have called Europe for less than .06/min. I have used an online calling card while visiting the site of 'Pennytalk.com'. There, you can register and they will assign you a number. You have to have money from your account transferred, but its well worth it.
It may be cheaper, so try it!

my uncle is always over seas and i call him all the time for me its 8 cents a min....you can always get a calling card
