Nope. The IP address would only take them as far as the ISP who assigned you that address. No website should be able to take you into the ISPs system to find the user of the address. Plus many ISPs use a pool of addresses, which your modem grabbing a new address each time you reboot. So your IP at 9:00 may not be the same as your IP at 10:00.

Your ISP could track an IP address - if they know the date and time - to your address. But are forbidden by law to do so, or to reveal that information without a court order.

IP Addresses are dispensed to an ISP which will assign a DNS call to them. The names would properly be descriptive from time to time that could tell someone the position the IP cope with is dispensed to.... it will be available to track an IP to a geographical section, county or city......yet your ISP is conscious who you're and that suggestion is deepest and could merely be printed if subpoenaed.

your ip address points to your internet service provider. (ISP) From this information the city where your provider is located can be discovered. No, they cannot find your address. If you have done something illegal, your ISP will be obligated to give the information to the authorities.

Yes it is possible but unlikely. Im talking high level government and hours of data harvesting. Someone would have to have plenty of resources and time to swim back up into your personal data. I wouldn't worry about it.
