I am going through a divorce right now after a 5yr marrage and she hads two daughters ages 17 and 19 the 19yr old is livign with her boyfriend. She is currently getting support from her ex husband allready and they are tring to get it from me as well he is paying her 364.00 and they are tring to get 1400.00/mth from me. I currently have 3 of my own kids I am supporting. Any Ideas as to how I can get out of this?

No court is going to order a man that's not the father to support them. The 19 year old doesn't get support anymore shes over 18. The 17 year old will only get support until the age of 18. Why are you up in arms over something that will never happen? The ex wife might get spousal support for her, but not kids that aren't yours.

Hire an attorney. If the kids aren't yours then I don't think legally you are bound to pay for them. Especially the 19 year old. It sounds like she's milking the both of you for everything.

I don't think it would be right for you to have to pay for any other kid except for your own 3 but I don't really know the law on that. However, your best bet is to get a good lawyer, one who speciallizes in this area. Good luck.

dude the courts are all about the woman's side and i know that , but that judge would have to be Kum drunk to make you pay relax man!
