No. The Great Wall of China is still the only manmade structure that is visible from space.

You may be thinking of the Berlin Wall.

First of all, it's "knock" not "nock" and NO, the Great Wall Of China still exists. We would have heard of it by now if it was destroyed. And why would someone knock it down and destroy it? It's not hurting anyone!

Parts of the Great Wall have crumbled due to the ravishes of time, but for the most part it stands.

Parts of it have crumbled with age and in many places the Chinese government is rebuilding parts of the wall.
It is not all elaborate stone work as you see in pictures. Parts are merely packed earth and mud.
