Testicles are the primary producer of sperm, the small cells that are capable of fertilizing the female egg. After removal of testicles, or in the case of any alteration of the channel from the testicles to the penis, sperm may residen in the vas deferens for several weeks - or up to 20 ejaculations.

It is possible for a man who has recently had his testicles removed to get a woman pregnant, but otherwise it is impossible.

Depend on how long they have been gone. I got a Vasectomy and they said I could carry sperm for months after the surgery. So if it is a recent happening it is possible. Not likely though.
I don't think he'd be that interested in sex though!

I am not sure how he would get an erection though.
