It may be too early to show the foetus in the sonogram. Wait for a few weeks and go again.

Did they say anything to you about a ectopic pregnancy? Or maybe its just to early to see anything? But you should be able to see a little something... I don't know!

How early are you? Did they do a transvaginal or abdominal u/s?
