I think most people would want to change things about the world. I would like to see a lot of changes.
I would erase: Hunger, from the hungry. War from the war-torn. HIV and other diseases, from the ill. Pain, from those that suffer. Poverty, from the Poor. I would want everyone to be healthy and happy.
I would like Global Warming to be reversed, to save the animals and the environment.
I would do away with discrimination, so all people could live, and love without hate.
I would definitely make Canada (where I live), a tropical Country, and do away with winter, and snow! Burrr!
I know all the above are tall orders, but I just answered your question as honestly as possible. I probably even missed a few things I would change.

A proverb of King Solomon? "There is nothing new under the sun" would i change this world, what if all my conscious "dreams" ones for architecture, and places of pleasure, such as houses, resturants, theme parks, what if all my custom car designs were to be reality, manifested,on a day to day basis,
If i were president of the United States, would i change the world, perhaps, some of it, but the world is basically going to stay the same as it is now, fighting , wars ., rumors of wars, people are going to marry and live as though they are married, basically the world is not going to change much, it might expand,as people continue to explore space and the outer and inner reaches of the universe, there will be more land in different places, and different medicine and needs, if the world exists that long, ( i figure the world, will be around, not another 2000 years, yes, my personal therory, the world, this planet will be gone within two thousand years, talking here about the END the Second Coming, the REturn of God, now for those who do not believe, the planet might be around longer, but as to me changing the world, i perhaps need a catylyst to assist me, something to really get me going, as to my ideas of what music should be, well they do not fit the conventional, as to what my ideas for musical instruments are, they do not fit the conventional, but these are not necessarily things to change the world perse" Jesus is the only One who has changed the world, with any real significance, and those that carry on in His footsteps contribute to and maintain the changes that Jesus brought. So if i do this, yes, i will change the world, for the better, with all the other christians who have through the ages contributed to changing the world, have a nice day
Did Sept 11, 01 change the world? i am sure some, but not basically, i would not want to do something as catastrophic

by fortune or misfortune any of your acts have repercussion in the people around you, even those you think only comprise you. You won't change the world but any action in your everyday live can change the world of another person. That is a great responsibility
