Yes, of course there is delivery. Good Friday is NOT a national (Federal) holiday, it's a religious day of significance in the Christian calendar. Same holds true for Easter Monday.

Only on Saturday. Good Friday and Easter Monday are Bank holidays - virtually everything shuts down on Bank Holidays.
