Acupressure is a lot more forgiving of inaccuracies than acupuncture. I would not be afraid for you to treat Kidney-3, Spleen-6, Conception Vessel-3, 4, 5, and 17, and Bladder 4. At a different treatment, treat Heart 3 and Bladder 60. Another time, try treating XinBao-6 (also called Pericardium-6) along with Spleen-4. Keep alternating these three treatments, unless one of them seems to work better for you. Don't just do them when you are having flashes. Do them every day, whenever you have time. Don't expect relief to be instant. You may have to treat for weeks before you notice things changing. You can treat every two hours if need be. Always treat both sides of the body, right and left. You have to find the points accurately, but not as accurately as you would with needles. A good point location book is "Acupoint Location Complete Study Tool" by Alon Lotan. When you locate a point, try to really feel the energetic vortex there. Sometimes the point is not exactly where the book says it is, and you have to feel for that "hole," like a little tornado of energy. Spend about two minutes rubbing each point in little circles. If they are tender, rub them a lot. Do them in the order given. You can treat both Ki-3s at the same time with two thumbs, also some of the others. Biggest thing is be consistent, and stick with it. Don't give up too soon.

First you need to figure out what type of pathology you have (kidney yin deficiency, blood stagnation, ect.) You can go to an acupuncturist for that or try simply diagnosing yourself. Without the proper diagnosis you will just be "pushing points" with trial and error and not really accomplishing anything.

Below is a link of different pathologies and points that help. I highly recommend visiting an acupuncturist though.
