I don't know if there are as many gays as you think. Statistically only 4% of the U.S. is gay and lesbians at a lesser extent. What you may have noticed is a male acceptance of a woman's sexuality in total, whether it be with men or women, and women choosing more frequently to act out their bisexual behaviors. :D

In the first place, how many people live in the USA. What is the % of gays and lesbians in the country? And is there something wrong with being gay or lesbian?

According to current estimates 3% of the population is homosexual - not exactly a huge number. Women that "turn lesbian" do it because its what they want, not because gay men are telling them to - that is ABSURD.

How exactly does a heterosexual woman 'turn lesbian'? What kind of mental processes would she have to go through in order to stop being sexually attracted to men and start being sexually attracted to women instead? I'm curious as to how you think a person could voluntarily achieve this dramatic change. Have you tried it yourself? I'm certain I couldn't 'turn gay', no matter how hard I tried. I am a bloke, I fancy women and I don't fancy men, and that's that.

USA is much bigger. And so what? Gay? Not gay? I love the diversity in the world. Perhaps you should too. Infact, if more people in the world accepted others for what and who they choose to be then the world would be a more accepting and easier place to live. Wouldn't it just? Live and let bloody live!!!

and there are more gays in the usa.. because its a bigger place! dum dum duuum! and contributing to that is probably the fact that they don't randomly proesctue everyone for being slightly different. ( to an extent)

I don't really understand your question...but I can say that there are no more gays in America then there are in the rest of the world...
Maybe you notice them more in America because they are (limited) free to be who they are which you cannot say about a big part of the world...

Tghis is funny. You should come to England! But I think there are just so many people that are finding it easier tomake it known these days. But generally speaking England is open to this and it is accepted.
