The best day came when at 51....I discovered I could write poetry and quite well at that and in the writing I moved out of a crippling despondency, to start life afresh without being totally shackled by the burdens of the past.
The worst day I keep telling myself is yet to come and the more I believe it, I know it never will.

If I live good to the society then my birth day is the best day.If I become a bad element to the society then the same day will be the worst day not only for me but also for the society too.

I try to focus on th positive, so I guess everyday is the best day of my life. I know that sounds phony, but I;m pretty happy.

it is said ,"how u spend your days is how you spend your life"
hence we must try to make each day the best day.
Also how you spend your days depend on your mindset
if you feel good then it is a good day.
we are not always happy in life so we say they are the bad days.
we must try to make each day special to make our lives special
my BEST Days are many going for a trip, going to my friends place
my worst days- i prefer to forget them
