Bigshowadam - I know he isnt suspended now you moron - I am asking why he "was" suspended. I also knew it was 6-7 months ago - the question is asking WHY he got suspended so if you dont have the answer then dont post something stupid.

Apparently Orton had been rubbing people backstage the wrong way, even upsetting fellow main eventers, Ric Flair and Kurt Angle. The boiling point of Orton’s behavior finally came after he upset several people backstage at WrestleMania 22 in Chicago. Further reports suggested that Orton had been fined several times by WWE for harrasing and belittling the female wrestlers and referring to them as “c***s” and that his disrespectful attitude against females had even put the most relaxed superstars such as Triple H against him. The final straw was when he reputedly took a dump in one of the Divas gym bags (which she later sued WWE for).
The other reason behind Randy Orton's 60-day unpaid suspension - as it turns out, the "straw that broke the camel's back" that lead to his suspension was when he decided to smoke a rolled marijuana cigarette backstage at a SmackDown taping in 2006 in Kansas City. Bruce "Brother Love" Prichard found out about it and he notified WWE officials. Orton was already in hot water with management and that action was the final straw that lead to his 60-day suspension.
He was very close to being fired, however he agreed to go into counselling to curtail his misbehaviour in order to keep his job, which he did.
He wasn't banned for taking steroids, that story just came out last month and his ban was last year. Edge was also mentioned in the steoid report and they were both wrestling at Mania on Sunday night.

I'm not anymore. Not since my 60-day unpaid suspension. My problems came to a head when I decided to smoke a joint and someone smelled it and stooged me off. You know who you are, so if you're reading this, thanks. But I also had a few outbursts of anger on the road. I get loud and verbally abusive. But I've nipped that part of me in the bud.
How so?
I attended an anger management clinic in Atlanta. It cost 15 grand for a four-week stay. I had to live down there on the campus. The first week I was there, I was like, OK, I'll do what I have to do to get out of here." But then I started to realize, wow, I was wrong in a lot of these situations. I just got this reputation of being hard to work with, being a d*ck and everything in the book. But the truth is, I don't flip out anymore.

Randy broke his collarbone when HHH dumped him over the ropes and he landed badly.He said something to the referee who brought out the doctor and officials.JR mentioned something about a broken bone.When Randy was being helped backstage by the referee, a bunch of fans started heckling him.So out of pain or frustration, Randy lost it and swore at the fans.
It's definitely not how WWE wanted the match to go as several high-profile stars are out now.Taker wants time off for his real estate business and Rey Misterio and Gregory Helms are still out.It's a blow for the Raw roster as one of their top main eventers will be out for at least three months.Randy was taken to hospital after the event, where it's confirmed has has broken his left collarbone.

He had a lot of heat backstage and was accused of bullying a diva or two, he made a concoction of lotion and fake tan to look like poop which he put in her bag. He was also smoking marijuana.
