someone have a car starter? And do you think is good to have a car alram, its my sec time in 2 years my car got broken into?

An alarm can't hurt anything. If someone wants your car bad enough they will get it. It's the idea of making it tougher to steal your car than the next guys car. That way they will take the path of least resistance and not steal your car but the other one. Good luck

I assume you mean "Remote car starter"?
Yes someone can steal your car with or without a remote car starter, it doesn't matter much. The bypass module part of the remote starter may make it easier for them, but any self respecting car thief would bring their own bypass module anyway. The steering will still be locked, but you can fix that in two seconds with a 1' long screwdriver.
An alarm is always a good idea. Booby traps are nice too.
