Romney, he was a governor, conservative, only married once and his daddy was a lifelong politician being gov of michigan and sec of hud under nixon

Hard to say. I don't think any of the candidates who are likely contenders for the actual nomination are quite like Bush. I find that to be a relief.

I think Romney's hard-line conservativism is a lot like Bush's.

Hard to say whether it's Brownback or Romney....they're both religion-addled conservatives. Huckabee too, but I'm not sure how good his chances are.

If we must have a Rethuglican POTUS again, I'm hoping for Guiliani. He would probably do the least amount of damage.

Believe it or not: Romney...and that is because he secretly has plans to name Jeb Bush as his VP running mate. If elected, Romney will drop out soon after inauguration due to so called whatever reasons why he cannot remain, and then Jeb will ascend. If that happens, we have Bush all over again.

In manner/temperament, probably Brownback - the whole God thing.

Romney will push to make the tax cuts permanent and he understands and can explain better than Bush why that should happen.
