it seems that no one got my point at the other question.. here is what i meant are children considered 'youth'?

yes. even teenagers are considered youth. youth is upto early/mid 20's.

Yes, I think so. However, in some situations like school or classrooms, I know that they sometimes divide them as children and then youth which would be 6-10 year olds. Then there are the preteens which would be 11 & 12 year olds. I guess it depends on the venue you are talking about. To me a youth is anyone under 13.

IMO, not all children are considered youth.

Anyone 13-22 are "youth".
