disapier but you steel can see like a background dark picture on the monitor somebody can help me out

Reload the Drivers on Card, and the monitor, if that fails, time for a new Monitor

If you didn't get a User's Guide with the monitor, go to Dell's web site and look for manuals:

Dell has pretty good support. Suggest you contact them and setup a chat. You probably just have to make some adjustments on the settings.

check it on another computer if it does the same thing you need to replace the monitor if it doesn't then you probably need a video card

sounds like the Inverter board is shot, you will need to get it repaired. This happens to laptops all the time.
