If you've got NO skills yet, just hang around where others are mining/fishing, etc.
Lots of players "power mine" just to get XP (they don't bank the ore...they just drop it or give it away)
Lots of players "power fish" just to get the XP. Other fishers dump the "little fish" so they can fill up on good stuff. Either way, if your N00b it's ALL GOOD FOR YOU!
If you can get into the Hill giant dungeon next to Varrock you can pick up lots of iron stuff, since a lot of Ubers go there to get BB and don't need or want iron ANYTHING.

I've heard mining is a good source of money.
Runescape is an MMMORPG. There usually aren't cheat codes in things like that. There is such a thing as a bot, a program that remote controls a charcter for you, but those are usually obvious and ALWAYS against the rules.
If you are nice, and don't beg, maybe someone in the game will give you some money, but you will probably have to earn most of it yourself.

have u tried this
easy.. go to world 16 big falador bank and get 25 rune essence and an air talisman or air tiara. go follow the ppl that goes south. go use air talisman on mysteriuos ruins. trade with ppl who says open and trade em ur 25 rune ess. they give u 2k! nd 25 noted ess. go to bank and unnote the rune ess and keep doing it again :d

I really good idea is to mine some runes.. people will buy tons of them at the banks for good prices. I was able to get like 30,000 gold in a day before
