Under the comunity guide lines that kind of reporting can get you a violation.
Just leave it, not everone likes what your rice recipe, but those people may like someting else about you.
Reporting people dosn't get you fans in fact it can make you enemys, and on answers we do occationaly get the odd one that reports specific people all the time purely out of malice,
So take any negative feed back on the chin and move on, and if you don't like an answer give it the thumbs down, that way it minimizes on your screen and you don't have to look at it.
