do i need a software to view it?if i do need the software can anyone recommend its a free software

I am not aware of any such thing, and honestly, i am glad theres not, it surely would be utilized for no good. NTFS is fairly secure and i like it that way.

Try a version of Linux that boots from a CD. Once you are in the Linux desktop, you could read NTFS and FAT files but you may not be able to run Windows application files.
