Technically, nothing. Not every person who is identified as a woman in this society has female genitalia or even XX chromosomes. There are people classified as women who are missing parts as a result of birth defects and if we include transgendered men as women then even XX chromosomes are not a common feature.

Besides all biological reasons viz XX chromosomes, secondary sexual characteristics...all women are more kind, understanding, devoting and dedicated to all kind of human relations
