Nor the second. How about the "scientist" who signed the UN report who actually NEVER did, or those included who fields of knowedge has nothing to do with climatology.

Global Warming is hardly junk science, but you are entitled to your opinion.

Do you still believe the world is flat? Or have you finally bought into Christopher Columbus' "Round-Earth" theory?

Well you must know better than the government, the supreme court, the UN and the thousands of scientists around the world that disagree with you. You should call up George BUsh and let him know this new scientific discover you have made. Tell me, where did you do your research for your doctorate? How long have you been studying climatology? Oh what's that? you havn't? You just find some interesting tidbit and then form an uneducated opinion based on your preconceived political opinions? Yeah I thought so.

Isn't the Supreme Court controlled by conservatives now that BUsh has appointed new justices? Marxist conservatives? That's a good one .I like that.

Oh my god you mean they took people with PHd's in various different areas and had them all look at the issue to get multiple perspectives, and they all came up with the same conclusion. It must be a liberal conspiracy.

Why did the earth cool? Pollution. Not Co2.. particulate matter that is now being regulated, was NOT regulated prior to the clean air act. This particulate matter in our atmosphere actually reflected heat away from the earth. Now that we have cleaned that problem up, it has revealed another problem which we have also caused in need of some cleaning up.

You don't know what you are talking about, and the US Supreme Court doesn't think it is "Junk Science.

Do you know what CO2 does in the air! It allows heat through from the sun, but as heat is reflected from the earth is a different wavelength, it captures that, sending some to space, but also some to earth! Hence the greenhouse effect.

I think the 1949's saw far fewer emissions by a lot less population on the earth. We also had a lot of land and rainforest that had not been destroyed!

libs cannot explain anything without being told what to say first...that said, the SCOTUS has indeed, in my humble opinion, long ago embraced marxism and they prove this every chance they get...the latest example, before the 'gorebal' warming one that is, is the eradication of personal property rights as witnessed by the eminent domain decision... but even though there is a 5-4 advantage presently for the liberals on the bench, the next republican president will most likely be able to put salve on that particular wound because the next justice to retire will be kennedy...and then, perhaps, all will begin to right itself again...we shall see...
