okay.. time could be an abstract concept, but everything does seem to be moving in a forward motion, or atleast the mind perceives all events in a linear motion...
does this process of linear motion, which the mind perceives as time have a constant speed at which things seem to happen?

If everything is moving in a forward motion.. then is it not imperative that time has speed?

Anthony & <3.. Einsteins theory of relativity only re-iterates that time has speed!

Time, like distance or altitude, does not have speed. It is just a dimension of space-time.
If you measure a distance of 100 feet on the ground, you don't expect that distance of 100 feet to have speed, but when you move through those 100 feet, you have speed as you traverse de dimension of length (the 100 feet you measured).
In the same way, we all traverse time. So, it is not time that has speed, it is we that move through time.

Well, sort of, so i guess it is both a yes and a no. It can have time, because as time moves on, it moves in a relative motion to the speed of light. This relative stuff is all in Einstein's theory of relativity if you want to look into it. Anyway, as objects get nearer to the speed of light, they will notice the affect that space has on time, and that time has on space. Anyway, there is a theory that when an object is moving at the speed of light, it can observe "space-time". Also, if time did not have speed, we would all be frozen.

No. Time is relative according to Einstein's theory of relativity. The constant is the speed of light.
Actually, I think you're right about time having speed. One that can only be measured against the constant.

time is moving at a constant rate (assuming you're not travelling near the speed of light), but different organisms perceive the rate of time differently.. for example, if you swing your hand as fast as you can to swat a fly, the fly percieves your hand coming down slowly so it leisurely flies out of the way.. a snail, on the other hand, might take all day to crawl from one side of a yard to the other, but to the snail it only seems like a few minutes..

Yes time is speed and it is a constant no matter what or who perceives it.

time has no speed, but our perception of time will change depending on our speed, the closer to the speed of light the slower time will seem to move, also gravitational wells have the same effect such as the event horizon of a black hole
