There was an excellent film made for TV, and available on DVD, called "Escape From Sobibor."

I'm including the imdb.com page for you.

The most famous is probably the TV movie "Escape from Sobibor", aired in 1987 in the USA. Like all the others mentioned below it highlights the Sobibor rebellion, the only successful uprising by prisoners of Nazi extermination camps.
