ovulation info
10-16 days fom start of period. start having sex 1 time a day. sperm lives for 3 days about so you dont need to have lots of sex. that lowers sperm amount and quality.
when you ovulate you may feel slight cramping on one side of body.
use a basil thermometer.
or they sell the ovulation kit at grocery store. its like a pregnancy test.
both times i got preg, it happened about 12 days after the last day of my period.
have sex and lay with legs in air on wall or pillow under hips, not cute, but worked twice for me
when you ovulate the mucus will be snotty and thick and be able to be pulled in strands, gross i know but you asked.
hope this helped, good luck

be very patient, try to have no stress in your life. it will happen
some woman take up to a year for pregnancy as you said you already had a check up and every thing is OK so wait i know that it is hard i went through the same thing with my second child. I'm very irregular also on my period. so to tell when you ovulate is that it fells like your ovaries hurt like cramping on the side. that's what happens to me but also when you get your period just count about 10 to 15 days and then you will fell that felling. alot of woman fell some thing you just do not pay that much attention to it. just relax and you will see that it will happen. hope this works.

It takes your body a while to adjust after going off the pill. Everyone is different. You shoudl probably get a full check-up from your OB/GYN. He or she can tell you what you need to know. Also, you can buy ovulation predictor kits at your local pharmacy. Good luck and best wishes!

FIRST OFF GOOD LUCK!I KNOW THIS IS A LITTLE OFF THE QUESTION YOU ASKED BUT I THREW IN A LITTLE EXTRA INFO.IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TO YOUR DR YET I WOULD GO AND GET CHECKED OUT AND TALK WITH HIM OR HER ABOUT YOUR PLANS.
I READ SEVERAL BOOKS AND THEY REALLY HELPED ME FIGURE EVERYTHING OUT. I LISTED THEM BELOW.I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK! I AM ALSO TRYING TO GET PREGNANT AND IT TAKES TIME SOMETIMES. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND BEST WISHES!
HERE IS SOME OTHER STUFF THAT COMES IN HANDY IF YOU ARE TRYING TO CONCEIVE BASIL THERMOMETER (CHEAP DRUG STORE ONE WILL WORK TO) THE ONLY REASON I SAID BASIL WAS BECAUSE IT HAS DIRECTIONS HOW TO DO IT. TO TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE TO SEE IF YOU ARE OVULATING.
I WOULD USE PRESEED LUBRICATION WHEN HAVING INTERCOURSE. IT IS MADE JUST FOR THOSE TRYING TO GET PREGNANT. I LISTED WEB SITE BELOW.
I PUT IN A FEW WEB SITES THAT MIGHT HELP YOU THEY ARE MAINLY ABOUT OVULATION !THESE BOOKS ARE REALLY GREAT IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET PREGNANT (GETTING PREGNANT by: NIELS H. LAUERSEN,MD,PHD &COLETTE BOUCHEZ)(TAKING CHARGE OF YOUR FERTILITY by:TONI WESCHLER,MPH) THEY REALLY HELPED ME. THE TWO BOOKS COVERED EVERYTHING AND THEY WERE GREAT.

I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK!ANOTHER THING IS JUST RELAX AND IT WILL HAPPEN WHEN YOU AT LEAST EXPECT IT!

My advice is to start using basal body temping. You can get information about that at www.fertilityfriend.com but it allows you to know your body better and know when you are ovulating so you can time intercourse better. I practiced it and got pregnant. Its rather easy once you get into the habit of taking your temp in the morning.

Good luck!
