Why do girls get all dressed up, and try looking hot, but when guys look at them?

to check them out, they get all defensive and annoyed? I don't bloody get it, I mean i like looking, and observing at good looking girls, meaning I admire when they're looking all dolled up, then u get girls when u check em out, they either give u a dirty, or get defensive..I mean I personally don't stare them out, but look for a bit to admire, smile if they look, or just look away if they don't make eye contact.......

if u don't like getting noticed, then why dress up so much?? just to go shopping for example????

im a girl and i dont want guys to check me out so i dont get all dressed up!!

most girls are obsessed with the way they look and always have to look 'perfect' whenever they go out. some girls dress up to look like their fave stars or because they dont want ot feel 'left out' or 'different' and be like everyone else...sheep!!!

girls subconciously want male attention. its just nature. male and female look for mates (this is for animals!) and are naturally attracted to each other and will 'show off' a bit, even though they 'swear' they're not doing it for attention...as if!

maybe u r not being subtle enough in your 'noticing'. dont actually look staright at the girl or look at her if she can clearly see what you are doing! just sort of glance from the side, or occasionally peer over at her, be discrete. i would get freaked if a guy was plainly looking at me!!!

yes...girls are extremely complicated.....thats just the way it is...but remember, society is placing alot of pressure on them to conform to ridiculous, unatainable and impossible standards!!! girls are stressed ppl!!

I agree, if a woman doesn't want the attention, then why the low rise jeans? Why the tight shirts/blouses? Why spaghetti straps? Why short skirts? Why the half-nakedness? I don't get it either.

By the same token, leers can make anyone uncomfortable. I know you said you don't leer, you just admire a bit and smile if she looks your way, but some guys leer. I've experience this, and it feels cringy. But hell, at least I have my stuff covered. When women show off their stuff, they can't complain when it happens, because it's obvious as to why a guy is leering. Come on.

Simple, it's the law of nature, but it has been proven that women are more sexual than men, as you hardly see and men models it's more women which I think is abit sexist.
But really you shouldn't be checking out every girl you see anyway.
Some are just doing it for attention and think that there better than everyone else.
