Got to be both; in their own peculiar ways.
While women show it with their loyalty & dedication ;Men express it with their intensity & passion.

You read Cosmo all the time too? Silly, juvenile question.
Humans have emotions. Not men or women, men AND women.
Now.., women in our society will throw in the towel on a relationship more quickly (2/3rds of the time) than men, but that only says that men will stick around longer in a bad relationship more often than women will.
From what I have come to understand based on talking to a lot of people facing emotionally charged relationship issues, however, men and women tend to lack a mature grasp of what it takes to maintain a healthy relationship and keep things like affection and romance alive within relationships, and I was one of those people myself for a very long time (until I became more curious about this).
That being said, even if you know what it takes to keep affection going, knowing and doing are two entirely different things, but at least it isn't the mystery it once was, and at least I am not asking silly questions like this one.

Both .
Women's feeling are more toward soft and affection and inner feelings .
Men are the outward love with affection more outward expression but the soft can be come out .
We are made different to complement each other and to bring the best out of each other and that makes it allot of Fun.

So, most of the people believe that women have more feeling than men but its not True

My personal opinion is that women fall in love more quickly but men fall more profoundly....

women have more feeling towards love (we should not take account of exceptions because exceptions are exceptions)..
in the average women are more emotional than men and love is the greatest manifestation of emotion ..

Both. Different persons from different backgrounds have different feelings & it is difficult to say in general, who has more & vice versa.
