Do Ranged Touch Attacks have a Range Value in Dungeons and Dragons 3.5? I am trying to find how far a ranged attack goes. If there is a range, what is it and where is the source of your info?

If you look under the spell description, they usually have a range written down as a value of feet, or "close", "medium", or "long", which is a function of the caster level of the person casting the spell. Spells, unlike ranged weapon attacks, cannot fire beyond this specified range, and "fizzle out" if it is attempted.

If you mean Ranged Increment, the answer is no and yes.

Most ranged touch attacks are spells. Their maxim range is determined by three things. The spell itself, how many levels in the caster class your character has, and some applied meta-magic feats. A spell can not exceed this maximum range, though with most area spells, you can squeeze a little more by having the area centered at the extreme of the spell's range. This also goes for psionics and other spell-like abilities.

That being said, however, there are ways to attack with weapons and roll a ranged touch attack rather than a normal attack roll. (Mostly through class features, though I do believe there may be a feat or two that can let you do it once or twice a day. There are also many magic items that give you the power.) In that case there IS a ranged increment and it is defined by the weapon you are using.

Ranged increments aren't that bad though (one or two at least) you just take a to-hit penalty for the number you exceed. To my immediate knowledge (I don't have my books on me) there is NO max range for weapons, technically. There simply comes a point that you couldn't literally hit the broad side of a barn no mater how well you roll.

Ranged touch attacks follow the same rules of where they are being delivered from. Most of the time, its a spell, in which case its the range of the spell.

Ranged touch attacks, which are spells, have a maximum range. They cease functioning after that distance. They also attack using the Touch Attach AC of the opponent which does not take armor into account, great benefit.

You will find the range detailed in each spell, which is from whatever book your are taking your spells.

ranged touch attack is all you gotta do against their touch ac then you definately do the adversarial capability and in case you over come them, incuring any +4 or -4 for length then you definately knock them carriers.

It is in the ranged or spell section. That chapter should cover it.
