can someone tell me a easy way to remember chemical formulas, like NaCO3 for sodium carbonate, etc? as in without having to memorise everything?

Sodium easy always Na.
carbonate is always CO3.

You will come across many more standard terms. This is just one of them. You would recognize a table and a chair right? Well before you know it you will recognize carbonated stuff just by looking at the formula. ;-)

think of something that u will remember that resembles the formula .i give u an example c02...(coffee)l0l...hope u dun mind me toking rubbish =P
