I think Almay's mascara is the same either way. I always get both... I've used that mascara for at least six years now - it's THE best!

i don't wear make up but i watch an episode of I love new york where she was in the water and crying because her fake eye lashes came off i thought it was funny i bet she was wishing he had some water proof mascara instead

no actually, i find that if i pay more for a better brand of mascara then it doesnt run as easily anyway! xx
