It can be done, and then suddenly, it's easy: Laziness results when you are hiding from life. If you make peace with the idea that life means "involvement" and "getting busy", but in an enjoyable way of course, you will see yourself beginning to find joy in things again that now seem out of reach. Start going to bed early - if you are a truly lazy person, that should come easy to you. As a result, you will wake up early - have your running shoes and outfit handy and go for a morning run! Then, shower and make a healthy breakfast. Clean up the place. Get your stuff under control, and start writing things, or working something.
It's all about activity, and finding comfort in it.
All the best!

motivate yourself with fun and exciting things coming for you in the near future like a trip to the beach with some friends. and think how can your lazy lifestyle affect you in the future and if it's worth it or not.

I think being lazy is not the problem; it’s just a symptom. The problem is that you are unhappy with your love life, (or lack of one).

I believe that when you hook up with the right guy you will have all the energy you can handle.

Drink a lot of coffee and water every day.

Walk around town and stay active.

Just do it.
